Since the 1st of April 2019 we are no longer able to take orders for routine prescriptions over the phone. This is to ensure patient safety and comply with GDPR regulations.
Routine prescriptions can now be ordered either through our online reorder form on this website or through the prescription re-order form which can be collected at reception.
We would ask you to give a minimum of 48 hours working day notice when requesting a repeat prescription.
If you have any queries on ordering your prescription talk to us at reception and we will be happy to advise.
Please note that in some instances your doctor may wish to see you before issuing a new prescription. This is in order to have up-to-date information on your physical well-being. You must be reviewed at least every 6 months whilst on long term drugs for legal reasons.
All prescriptions must be collected from the surgery and will not be posted or faxed for legal reasons.
