Dr. Sheila Rochford
MB, BSc (hons), DCh, DObst, MICGP, MMedEd, FAcadMEd, FRCGP
Sheila joined the Clady practice in 1989, after completing post-graduate GP training with the Cork GP training programme. Since 2006 she has worked in the Greenmount branch of the practice.
She is an Assistant Programme Director of the Cork GP Training Programme since 2005.
She serves on various committees of the Irish College of General Practitioners and is on the Board of that organization since 2011. She has also served on the professional competence committee of the Medical Council.
She is co-author of guidelines “Infection Prevention and Control for Primary Care in Ireland” published in 2014.
