The HSE are now recommending a Spring 2025 Covid Vaccine Booster for the following group of patients:
- All patients 80 and over.
- All patients between 70 and 79 who have not had a covid vaccine in the previous 12 months.
- Those patients between 18 and 79 in long term care facilities.
- Those patients between 6 month and 79 years who are immunocompromised.
- Pregnant women are advised to have the vaccine all seasons and all year round.
